Prehab

Studies have shown that initiating rehab prior to undergoing surgery can drastically improve post-surgical outcomes. By strengthening tissue and improving range of motion before surgery, we can increase functional capacity and improve your body’s ability to recover.

Preventative Care

Why wait for an injury to happen? Prevent future injury through postural assessment and exercise prescription. Preventative care has been shown to reduce the risk of ACL tears and sports-related injury as well as back/neck pain.

Therapeutic Exercise
