Alexander Holdren, PT, DPT
Dr. Alexander Holdren grew up in Portland, Michigan and attended Adrian College. While at Adrian he was a 4-year member of the Varsity Tennis team. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Michigan-Flint in 2018.
Since graduating, Alex has spent time in hospital and outpatient settings, recently spending a year working closely with a group of orthopedic surgeons in Colorado where he developed a joy for port-surgical and lower extremity rehab. Alex enjoys playing tennis and weight lifting and currently lives in Grand Blanc with his wife Amber.

Hannah Finn, PTA
Hannah is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant from Brighton, Michigan, with a
strong background in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. She holds a degree in
Integrated Physiology and Health Science from Alma College, where she also
competed as a Varsity Volleyball athlete for four years. In 2019, she completed her
Physical Therapist Assistant certification at Kellogg Community College.
Since then, Hannah has focused her career on helping individuals regain strength and
mobility, with a special interest in working with athletic and active populations. She is
passionate about strength training, fitness, and nutrition, and enjoys participating in
CrossFit and weightlifting in her free time. Hannah brings both clinical expertise and
personal enthusiasm for movement and wellness to every patient she works with.

Savannah Ferrara, PTA
Savannah brings over 20 years of experience in track, cross country, and road racing, achieving all-state honors and competing at the national level. She remains dedicated to her training, preparing for events like the 10-mile Crim race and other fitness challenges. Along her running journey, she has faced several injuries, benefiting from physical therapy throughout her recovery.
Savannah completed her Physical Therapist Assistant training at Mott Community College, where she gained hands-on experience through clinical placements in outpatient orthopedics, intensive pediatric care, and sports rehabilitation. She is excited to give back to the community by applying the knowledge and experience she’s gained to help her patients achieve their own recovery and fitness goals.
